Rent Collection

We do the management of commercial (Office Blocks, Apartments, Shopping Complexes) and residential properties.

We collect rents and service charges from the tenants depending on the agreed mode of payment under the agreement. From the rents and service charge we deduct or pay out on behalf of the landlord/Landlady the agreed management commission and any other expenses pertaining to the property.

Our Accounts Department prepares computerized statements (as we use automated rental management software, ARMS) on monthly basis showing:

• Rent received
• Expenses
• The net amount payable to the landlord/lady
