Being an Administrative head of Merino Real Estate Board of Management, John Muthui provides Strategic Guidance and Implementation of Merino Real Estate Strategic Plan for optimum Productivity. With over 7 years’ experience in Real Estate Industry and Economics, he is also a Director and a member of Kuza Sacco Board of Management.

He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics-Econometrics, holds MA (Economics) and Bachelor of Arts Education (Economics and Business Studies). He brings his wealth of experience in Research, Consultancy, and Leadership in providing High-Level Policy Administration, Advisory, and Technical Facilitation of the Company’s Business Models.
